We are a nonprofit school dedicated to providing Montessori education for young children ages 16 months through 6. We are the oldest and longest running Montessori preschool in the Herndon area serving many generations of young students for the last 45 years. Read more about us here.

Our Director along with the Montessori certified teaching staff and other teachers are dedicated to providing a unique learning atmosphere for students. We help each child achieve his/her full potential by following the key premises of Montessori education.

The staff at MCS had a wonderful time at their holiday party!

The Kindergarten students visited the Kennedy Center for a performance.

First annual Holiday concert followed by a cookie exchange was a big success.
